Jio Set-top Box

The Jio Set-Top Box Admin Console is a centralized management platform for monitoring, configuring, and updating Jio’s set-top boxes deployed across India. The embedded firmware is written in C++ for efficient hardware communication, while a Laravel-based admin panel provides secure web-based operations management.

The system supports device provisioning, configuration updates, and real-time performance tracking for millions of units. It collects telemetry data — CPU load, memory usage, network performance, streaming quality — and aggregates it for operational optimization.
